Guess what, Travelers! Another month has rolled around, and you know what that means – Paimon has restocked her little bargain corner, and she’s ready to take your hard-earned Starglitter and Stardust. Whether you’re a veteran hoarding primos for the next Archon rerun or a fresh face still figuring out elemental reactions, the monthly shop reset is always a little event in itself. So, grab a cup of tea (or dango milk), and let’s dive into what the Starglitter Exchange and Stardust Shop have in store for us in February 2026.

⭐ Starglitter Exchange: Who’s on the Menu?

This month, the starry spotlight falls on two classic 4-star powerhouses: Beidou, the Uncrowned Lord of the Ocean, and Noelle, the maid-knight of Favonius. Yep, they’re back again, offering you a chance to grab their constellations without burning a single intertwined fate.

If you’re sitting on some Starglitter and debating who to pick, let me break it down for you.

🛡️ Noelle – The Swiss Army Shield

Noelle is that one character who just refuses to let your team die. She heals, she shields, and when her Elemental Burst pops, she turns into a spinning geo claymore of absolute destruction. If you’re free-to-play or just starting out, snagging Noelle’s first constellation is basically a rite of passage. Her C1 guarantees healing when both her skill and burst are active, which makes her borderline immortal in co-op domains. Add a couple more constellations, and she’ll start slapping harder than some 5-stars – trust me, a well-built C6 Noelle can solo almost anything that doesn’t require a bow.

I’d say if your Noelle is still at C0, this is a no-brainer. Grab that copy, feed her some DEF artifacts, and watch her become your team’s unbreakable backbone. Even if you run a hyper-invested Zhongli or Kokomi, having a geo shield/healer hybrid opens up so many meme team comps. Plus, Monstadt’s finest maid deserves all the love!

⚡ Beidou – The Perfect Parry Queen

Then we have the one and only Captain Beidou. If you’ve ever wanted to see an enemy’s health bar vanish because you timed a single button press perfectly, she’s your gal. Her Tidecaller skill is one of the most satisfying mechanics in the entire game – absorb an attack, release a devastating counter, and hear that crunchy electro sound effect. Chef’s kiss.

Constellations-wise, her C2 is where she truly ascends. It adds extra lightning arcs to her burst, which skyrockets her off-field damage in AoE scenarios. Good for taser teams, great for overloading chaos, and absolutely monstrous with a certain fox lady who’s been rerun more times than I can count. If you’re sitting on a C1 Beidou, this is your golden chance to unlock that C2. If she’s already C6… well, maybe save your glitter for next month (or those sweet sweet fates, but more on that later).

🤔 So Who Should You Choose?

Here’s my usual advice: pick the character you actually use and enjoy. Both are solid, and neither is a “bad” investment unless you’re drowning in duplicate constellations you’ll never touch. For new players, Noelle gives more immediate comfort. For mid-game players looking to boost a reaction team, Beidou’s constellations are incredibly valuable. And if you’re a grizzled AR60 veteran who 36-stars the Abyss in their sleep, just pick whoever needs that last constellation to reach C6 – completionism is a valid endgame goal! 🎯

🗡️ Royal Weapons: Still a Hard Pass

Now let’s talk about weapons. February 2026’s Starglitter Exchange features the Royal series – Royal Greatsword, Royal Spear, Royal Bow, and so on. I’m going to be honest with you: I’ve been playing this game since launch, and I still haven’t found a single scenario where these are genuinely worth the Starglitter.

Their passive sounds tempting on paper: each hit against an opponent increases your CRIT Rate, resetting when you land a critical hit. Problem is, the more CRIT you have, the less often that passive actually procs because you’ll keep resetting it. It’s like a treadmill that slows down the faster you run. By the time you reach decent artifact quality, you’ll probably have weapons from battle passes or limited banners that outclass these in every way. Even some craftable 4-stars give more reliable performance.

If you’re a collector and want a golden fancy-looking weapon for screenshots, by all means. But for actual combat use? Please don’t. Save your precious Starglitter. Your future self (who’s desperately saving for a new character release) will thank you.

✨ Stardust Exchange: The Monthly Fate Haul

Don’t forget Paion’s other shop! The Stardust Exchange also resets, and it brings the most efficient purchase you can make each month: 5 Intertwined Fates and 5 Acquaint Fates. That’s essentially 10 free wishes just for doing what you already do – pulling on banners and accumulating Stardust.

I cannot stress this enough: always buy these fates first. It’s a universal rule among seasoned Travelers. Five intertwined fates might be the one wish that triggers the golden glow and brings home a 5-star character you’ve been saving for. Acquaint fates… well, they’re standard banner fodder, but hey, a free chance at Keqing or Tighnari is never a bad thing.

You might be tempted to spend Stardust on monster drops or mora, but resist the impulse. Those materials can be farmed with resin; fates directly translate into pity progression. Think of it like investing in your account’s future. Every month, scoop up those fates, and over a year you’ll have accumulated an extra 60 wishes just from this little shop. That’s basically a guaranteed 5-star if you’re on a 50/50 losing streak.

⏰ Server Reset Timing & Final Reminders

As of writing this, the Asia server has already rolled over into the new month, so my fellow Asian-server Travelers can go check the shop right away. If you’re on the America or Europe servers, you might still have a few hours left to snag anything from the previous month’s shop – maybe you were waiting to see if a better weapon would show up, or hoarding Starglitter for a specific character. Check your timer, and don’t miss out!

And while you’re at it, don’t forget to climb the Spiral Abyss before the reset steals those free primogems. Every primogem counts when Natlan’s fiery characters are coming in the next patches (I’m looking at you, Pyro Archon believers).

That wraps up this month’s Paimon’s Bargains breakdown. Whether you’re a newbie cherishing your first Noelle or a veteran perfecting your Beidou counters, this February shop offers some nice, reliable value without demanding too much Starglitter. I’ll be off saving my Stardust for those fates – and maybe treat myself to a couple of Beidou constellations. Let me know in the comments who you’re picking up this month, and may all your 50/50s be wins! 🍀

Genshin Impact is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and mobile devices. It’s also still somehow playable on my potato phone, so there’s really no excuse not to join in!
